Rebecca Hansman receives 2018 [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-2″], APLC, scholarship

Christopher J. Canlas, President of Canlas Law Group, APLC, is pleased to announce that Rebecca Hansman has received the firm’s 2018 Legal Scholarship, which was established to recognize outstanding students who are enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities. Rebecca will receive $500 to use toward tuition or education-related expenses.

2018 applicants for the scholarship were asked to write a 300- to 500-word essay on the topic, “What experiences have made you interested in standing up for the rights of others?”

This year, the firm received many outstanding submissions. It took considerable deliberation to arrive at our winner, but we decided that Rebecca’s essay best reflected the ideals we strive to uphold at Canlas Law Group. Rebecca’s essay discussed the importance of working to help others, standing up for what is right, helping those in need and being an example of positive change.
